How this glass sits on the ASUS ROG Ally
This is a replacement surface, not a cosmetic film. Tempered glass takes scratches, resists impact and is cheap enough to retire once it has done its job. The outline is cut for the ASUS ROG Ally, clearing the sensor row and the speaker slot. The OneTouch tray does the aiming: drop the frame over the device, press once and lift it away. 9H hardness handles grit, and the touch layer stays light enough that gestures land the way they did before.
What the clear finish changes day to day
The finish is a plain clear finish that keeps colour and brightness the way the panel renders them, which is the main thing you notice after the first day. Smudges clear with a dry cloth, and the panel underneath stays as it left the factory. Replacement is part of the plan — a protector that cracks has spent itself usefully, and swapping it costs a fraction of a screen repair. With 2 sheets in the box there is room for a second attempt. Work in a bathroom after a hot shower if the room is dusty; the settled air makes a bubble free fit much easier.

What owners of this set say
I really liked how simple the installation process was — it was quick and hassle-free. The screen protector fits the ROG Ally so perfectly that once it’s on, you can barely tell it’s there. It provides great protection without interfering with the screen’s clarity or touch sensitivity. Definitely a great buy if you want something that’s easy to apply and stays out of the way.

Just about perfect. Got this for my xbox ally x and yeah it worked alot better than the dbrand one for the switch 2 as far as fit goes. Easy to use and less bubbles than the more expensive dbrand version. I'm not sure how durability will hold up but for the price, get this one.
