How an order travels

Every product page here links to its live listing at our partner store. The order is placed, paid and fulfilled there, and the delivery estimate shown at checkout is the one that counts — it accounts for your address and the stock position at that moment.

Packing

A screen protector set is flat, light and fragile in exactly one direction. Sheets travel between rigid card with the alignment tray as a spacer, inside a padded mailer. If a sheet of tempered glass arrives cracked in the packaging, photograph it before you open anything further.

Timing

Standard delivery within the contiguous United States is usually two to five working days, with faster options at checkout. International timing depends on the destination and on customs, neither of which we control.

What arrives in the box

A set is more than the sheet. Every tempered glass screen protector in the range ships with the tools that decide whether the install goes cleanly: a wet wipe and a dry cloth for the panel, a dust sticker for the specks the cloth leaves behind, and on most models an alignment tray that drops the glass onto the device in one motion instead of asking you to hover it by hand.

Where a device is one people keep for years, the set carries a spare. That is deliberate rather than generous. A protector is a sacrificial layer, so the second sheet is the point — the first one takes an impact, you lift it, and the device is still on its original screen with no scratches and no damage.

If something goes wrong in transit

Raise it with the partner store first — they hold the shipment record and can reship or refund without waiting on us. Tell us too, because a pattern of transit damage means our packing needs changing. Glass that cracks before it ever reaches a screen is a packing fault, not a product one, and it is the kind of fault we can design out.
